It is important that your verbal password is only given to the people you trust. You can change your verbal password at any time by calling Dynamark at 1-855-502-5276. Dynamark will verify your current verbal password and your account information before changing your verbal password. Please be sure to have this information ready when you call Dynamark.
In order to change your billing information, call Dynamark at 1-855-502-5276 extension 3. When calling, please be sure to have your account information ready, so that a Dynamark representative may verify who you are. The representative will update your billing information.
In order to set up notifications using your Interactive Services with Alarm.com, you will first need to log in to your Alarm.com account via computer or tablet. Log into your account by visiting www.Alarm.com and entering your username and password. Click on the tab titled “Notifications”. There are many different notifications that can be customized on your Alarm.com account. Look to the right side of your screen; you will see a video icon. The video icon will show you a tutorial on how to add notifications to your Alarm.com account. For further assistance, you may call Level2 Security & Automation at 1-800-968-2858.
Some cities require alarm permits and some do not. Each city's alarm permit requirements vary. Level2 Security & Automation suggests that you check with your local Police Department, or City Hall to confirm your specific requirements. Level2 Security & Automation is not responsible for obtaining an alarm permit.
After your security/automation system is installed and online with the monitoring station, you may request a Certificate of Installation. This certificate is most commonly used to receive a nsurance discount. Discount rates vary between companies, usually between 5%-20%. Please contact your insurance company to determine what kind of discounts they will apply to your account. In order to request a Certificate of Installation via e-mail, please contact Level² at 1-800-968-2858.
